In Bethlehem, when this child was born a very great star appeared and was seen far and wide. The shepherds who were tending flocks were frightened when an angel appeared.
The angels informed them that a Savior called Christ was born and is going to bring great joy. She also informed that the baby is lying in a manger in swaddling clothes.
After the angels left, the shepherds went to Bethlehem and found a child inside. The three mighty kings saw the star and set to follow the star, Caspar, the Tarsus king, Melchior, an Arabian leader and Balthazar, the Ethiopian king.
They traveled for many days over deserts, plains and mountains on camels following the bright star.
Eventually, the reached Bethlehem and found a child in the manger. They stayed in the caves that night and returned to their respective lands the next day.
All the three kingsbowed their knees and showered gifts of frankincense, myrrh and gold and spread the birth of a great savior to all parts of the world. The whole world had received a gift, Jesus. |
