Christmas celebrations are full of fun and joy. People around the world enjoy it with great enthusiasm. They wait whole year for Christmas tree, Carols, Christmas songs and stories. Another type of Christmas cookies is Butter cookies. It is very popular among the children. The elders don’t taste it because they don’t get these cookies. Chocolate and peanut are the main ingredients of this recipe. If you want to prepare these cookies and want to be called a good host, start from nuts. Cut the cracked nuts into various shapes. After cutting them, mix the nuts in melted chocolates. Now you are ready with the mixture.
This mixture is to be kept between two solid cookies. The mixture of nuts and chocolates is to be smeared over the cookies as well. Use some butter and small crackers too for it. When outer area is covered by the mixture, the cookies are ready to be frozen. By doing this, cookies become more delicious and crunchier as well. Now the Butter Cookies are ready to be served. Children get crazy for it as it is made of butter and chocolate.
Now a special dish for your Christmas to change your taste. Necessary things for the recipe are sweet potatoes, butter, honey, milk and marshmallows. Uncover the potatoes. Then cut them in pieces. Then cook them in microwave. Then crush the potatoes. When they become smooth mix them with milk, butter and honey. Use salt as required. Mix them all properly.
Put the mixture in buttered baking saucer. Mixture must be covered with marshmallows. Now bake at the temperature of 350 degrees. Bake till the marshmallows become brown. Now we are ready to serve. |
